THERMO 33® EXTRUDED is an extruded expanded polystyrene (XPS)  panel produced by A.B. ISOLANTI S.p.A. with own continuous  process production lines installed in Barzana (BG), Via Ca Fittavoli, factory  (5200 mq covered area). 

Technical properties of extruded expanded polystyrene have been developing since 1940 in the industry of rescue raft construction. Since that time insensitivity about moisture was well-known. This feature, in addition to the cells compactness, have been giving, to extruded expanded polystyrene, excellent thermal insulation values.

Compression high resistance, high valuable dimensional stability, excellent behaviour to the fire, slabs shape and appearance  as well as  product  recycling possibility make extruded expanded polystyrene panels , and so THERMO 33® EXTRUDED, tailor made for a lot of uses n the world of buildings insulation.

THERMO 33® EXTRUDED dimensions make the product  easy to handle  easy to install as well as easy to cut. For 20 years A.B. THERMO 33® EXTRUDED is CFC and HCFC free product respecting Italian Law 28/12/1993 N.549 “Misure a tutela dell’ozono stratosferico e dell’ambiente”, acknowledging  the European Norm CEE n.549/91 and 3592/92, in accordance with ozone depletion  precautionary measures Agreement issued in Vienna on 22/03/1985, as well as Montreal Protocol, London and Copenhagen.
